This guide explains how to install and set up the ordering app for handheld devices such as iPad or iPod.
Remember! The ordering app only works with IOS operating systems such as iPad, iPod and iPhone.

How to install the ordering app
Step 1:
Go to App store and search for 'FlexyOrder' on the device you want to install the app (no. 1).
Press Get
Step 2:
Now the ordering app is installed and now you must register the app in your system.
How to register the ordering app in the FlexyBox system
To tell the app to communicate with the FlexyBox system, you need to retrieve a key. You find the key by following these steps:
Step 1:
Press Setup (no. 1).
Press Download startup code (no. 2)
Step 2: A new window will open.
You will find the key on the page (no. 3). Now enter it in the ordering app.
Step 3:
When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked to enter a Startup Code (no. 4). It is the key from the FlexyBox system. •
Press Connect (no. 5).
The app is now connected to your system.
Step 4:
To log in to the system, employees need to enter a User ID (no. 6) and then press Login (no. 7). You can find your User ID by following the instructions: How to find your User ID, which you will find below.

Step 1:
Press Show, and then press Customers and Staff directory.
Step 2:
Press Staff (no. 1).
Press on the employee (no. 2).
Step 3:
Press Employee (no. 3).
