When you are logged in, our chatbot will also be visible on our Help Desk. If the chatbot cannot assist you, you will be referred to a Customer Success Agent.

Step 1:
Log in online to your admin page with your username and customer code from the Flexybox system.

Step 2:
Press the Flexybox icon in the bottom right corner (no. 1).
Press Messages (no. 2).
Press Ask a Question (no. 3).
Step 3:
Write your question (no. 4).
