In the system, you can set up an integration for Morebox and Den Bedste Gave.
The integration helps you keep track of your gift cards and vouchers, ultimately saving you time.
How to set up an integration for Morebox
Step 1:
First, you need to obtain the following information from Morebox:
Username
Password
Store ID
Chain ID
You will receive this information when you make an agreement with Morebox.
Step 2:
Click on Setup, then click on Flexybox Administration.
Click on Basic Setup, and then click on System Settings.
Step 3:
Click on the down arrow next to Integrations.
Scroll down until you reach Morebox.
Click on Morebox (no. 1).
Enter the information from Morebox (no. 2).
From 24.2 onwards, you can create Morebox product types in the system. This way, you can inform the system which vouchers can be used with which Morebox products.
Click on Edit next to Products (no. 3).
Step 4:
Click on the green plus (no. 4).
Enter the Name and Sales Code provided by MoreBox (no. 5 and no. 6).
Click on OK (no. 7).
Step 5:
You will then have the option to set this up on the voucher, provided you have created Morebox as a provider.

Under Validation, you can select Morebox under Voucher Type (no. 8 and no. 9).
How to set up an integration for Den Bedste Gave
MBXP, which operates Morebox, also has the website Den Bedste Gave, with which you can also set up an integration in the FlexyBox system.
You need to make an agreement with MBXP to obtain the necessary information from step 1 in the above instructions.
After that, you should follow steps 2, 3, and 4 from the above instructions.

Separation of Morebox Products
By default, Morebox does not support the separation of Morebox products, meaning that when you select "Voucher provider" as Morebox, only one product - "Morebox" - will appear under Voucher Type.
If you have different Morebox products and wish to restrict the codes from being used across vouchers, you can create the products yourself in the system settings.
Once products are created, the FlexyBox client will look up the code in Morebox and attempt to find only vouchers that match that specific product. Each voucher can then be limited to the selected products.
Info: Products that are not created will still be available under the "Morebox" product.
