This guide shows how to set up an activity to overlap with another activity in the offer setup.
This will ensure that the start time is the same.
For example, a customer books an hour of bowling with food and drinks served at the lane, which should also be visible on the meal plan.
One hour of bowling - 12:00-13:00
Restaurant - 12:00-13:00
Step 1:
Press Setup, then press Flexybox Administration.
Press Booking Setup, and then press Offer Setup.
Step 2:
Select the offer where you want two activities to overlap (no. 1).
Step 3:
Click on the title of the activity you want to overlap with another activity (no. 2).
Click the down arrow next to Overlap Activities and select an activity (no. 3).
Click OK (no. 4).
Click Save (no. 5).
