In the ordering app, you can use the swipe function.
The feature allows you to mark what you've done at that table. This can be relevant if you want to keep an eye on whether the staff are good enough to visit the tables and ask about the dining experience or upselling.
To use swipe in the ordering app, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Log in to the ordering app.
Here you will first need the start code for the department. You can find it by following this guide: How to find the start code
Log in with the user ID of the employee.
Step 2:
Go to the overview of your tables (nr. 1).
Step 3:
To indicate that the employee has visited the table, the employee swipes from left to right.
A table icon with the text Visit will appear.
Press the Visit icon (no. 2).
Step 4:
The table will now turn green (no. 3).
Step 5:
To indicate that the employee has asked customers about, for example, the dining experience or upselling, swipe from right to left.
Different icons will appear depending on what questions you have created for specific products/items.

Press the icon you want to mark as completed (no. 4).
Step 6:
The icon will now turn green, indicating that employees have asked customers about that question.
