How to create questions on products for ordering app / FlexyOrder

In the system, you can create questions to products in the ordering app.

The function allows you to control which questions must be asked to the customer if the customer chooses to order certain products.

This may be relevant if you would like to remind your employees that they should ask about the dining experience or if the customers want to order more food or beverages.

You create questions on products in the ordering app by following these steps:

Step 1:

  • Press Setup, and then press FlexyBox Administration.

  • Press Till System, and press Bill check lines.


Step 2:

  • Press Add (no. 1).

Step 3:

  • Enter name at Enter the name of the item (no. 2).

  • Press the down arrow next to, Icon to be shown if line is not done and select an icon that is relevant to the item/question (no. 3).

  • Press the down arrow next to the Icon to be shown if line is done and select an icon that is relevant to the item/question (no. 4).

Info: The icons are often the same.

  • Press Add (no. 5) to add items to the item/question.

Step 4: A new window will open.

Double-click on the product where the employee should ask the question. (No. 6).

  • The item will now be added in the space under Selected items (no. 7).

  • Press OK.

Step 5:

  • Once you have filled in the fields and added the products, press OK in the Bill list line window to create the item/question.
