In the system, you can create areas for your handheld devices that you can use for the ordering app. This will ensure that the handheld devices are able to print.
How to create areas for handheld devices
Step 1:
Press Setup, then tap FlexyBox Administration.
Press Basic Setup and tap System Settings.
βStep 2: A new window will open.
Press the down arrow at Till system (no. 1).
Press Handheld devices (no. 2).
Press Edit at Areas (no. 3).

Press the green plus (no. 4).
Enter Name (No. 5). The name will be displayed for this area in the area overview in the ordering app.
Enter the Area ID for this area (no. 6).
Press the down arrow under Startup page and select the page that should open by default (no. 7).
Press the down arrow under Icon and select the icon that will be displayed for this area in the area overview in the ordering app (no. 8).
Press the down arrow under Workstation and select the workstation on which sales and other actions are made (no. 9).
Press the three dots under Printer override and select other printer if you do not want to use the workstation's default printer (no. 10).
Tick Do not print order receipt (no. 11) if you do not want an order receipt to be printed when an order is created or changed.
Press OK in the Order app areas window to create areas.
Press OK in the settings-window to save changes.
