Once you have installed your ordering app, it will initially be empty. There are no products in it, you need to add these yourself.

Step 1:
Press Setup and then press FlexyBox Administration.
Press Till System and then press Handheld product groups (you may need to scroll up until Handheld product groups is visible).
Step 2: A new window will open.
You must now create the different main groups that you want to have in the ordering app.
Press the blue plus (no. 1).
The new main group comes under Create new (no. 2). In the example it is Test.
Enter the name of the new main group (no. 3). In the example, we have called it Test.
Press the red cross to delete a main group or press either the up or down arrow to change the order of a main group in the ordering app (no. 4).
Repeat step 2 until you have all the main groups you want in the ordering app.
You have now created a main group, and you must then add either a product or a product group. You do this by following the two instructions below.
How to add a product
Step 1: You must now add one or more products to the main groups you have created.
Press the main group to which you want to add products (no. 1).
Press Add (no. 2).
Step 2:
Double-click on the products you want to add (no. 3).
The selected products are placed in the space under Selected products (no. 4).
Press OK (no. 5).
Step 3: The products have now been added to the main group (no. 6).
Repeat step 1 and step 2 for the other main groups that you have created to add products to these as well.
Press Save.
You can also add product groups. You do this by following the next instructions.
How to add a product group
Step 1:
You can add entire product groups from the product catalog. In this way, all products under the selected product group will be included. If necessary, you can subsequently deselect them individually.
Press the main group to which you want to add product groups (no. 1).
Press the down arrow next at Type (no. 2)
Press on Product group (no. 3).
Step 2:
• You have now selected the type Product group (no. 4).
• Press the down arrow next to Group (no. 5).
• Press the product group you wish to add (no. 6).
Step 3:
The product group with the products has now automatically been added to the main group (no. 7).
Step 4: Next to each product there is a green tick.
If you press the green tick, it will turn into a red cross, which means that you have de-selected the product (no. 8).
Press Save (No. 9) when you have finished adding products to all your main groups.
You are now ready to process orders.
